EZ Sync problems

I have tried to sync my new laptop with my as5304t several times. All I get are empty folders. The folders are all there but no files! I'm new at this so any assistance would be much appreciated. Also it takes forever to scan McAfee antivirus files. I deleted it but I think it is putting it right back. I used the back up program and got the same result. Folders but no files. I used another laptop and got same results. ?? Thx!!!

Windows? Did you check event logs under AES? I can try to disable antivirus software to have another trial.
