AS5202T SMB shares suddenly inaccessible to Win10 clients

tl:dr - Windows clients suddenly lost all access to SMB shares on AS5202T.

I purchased a AS5202T, spent 13 hours getting the data on it & creating shares. Worked fine for a few days then suddenly I started getting 'no network path found' on all my Win10 clients.

Android & Linux boxes remained unaffected.

Spent 48 hours troubleshooting & voodoo. Gave up and reinitialised the AS5202T and viola - shares accessible again. I did not need to reinstall or alter Win10.

I'll be darned if I know what software failed on the AS5202T.

What things did I do after initial setup of the AS5202T the first time?

1) Added the Asus apps corresponding to the mobile versions.

2) Enabled ez-connect.

3) Deployed Docker/Portainer/Minecraft Server (containerised).

Are any of these known to cause this problem?

It's not possible to get details now because the condition changed. I think you can try the followings after you encounter the issue again:

• Ping NAS
• In command line, apply "net use * \\nas_ip_address\public

And visit ADM web -> System Information -> Log.
