I created the RAID with 2 1 TB drives and it worked fine all day Saturday.
I had to power it down to move it closer to my TV and when I booted back
up the Volume 1 gives me a System Failure but it shows both drives are
working fine. I replaced the drives with a single SSD and started over but
forgot I had the 10 TB drive that I spent 10+ hours moving data to it and
it formatted the drive. Not a great start!!

I cannot understand exactly what you are talking. Anyway, I think you can:
- Turn NAS off.
- Remove SSD.
- Put the original 2 disks back to NAS.
- Turn NAS on.

Re: Volume 1 is inaccessible
I turned it on and off multiple times but keep getting System Error and Volume 1 does not show any usage.
I ran the check on the drives and they are both working fine with no errors. I think the software or hardware
RAID failed and could not be recovered.
I went ahead and put the drives back in as you suggested and it does not see the RAID at all. It wanted me
to initialize the drives again.

Your info is kind of chaos. I think you'd better to describe it more details.
You can post the screen shot pictures here. What's volume status, system failure? What's disk status, working fine?I created the RAID with 2 1 TB drives... Volume 1 gives me a System Failure but it shows both drives are working fine.
What's 10TB drive? It's another one or 1TB disk that you mis-typed?but forgot I had the 10 TB drive that I spent 10+ hours moving data to it

Re: Volume 1 is inaccessible
I cannot show any screenshots of the RAID since it has failed and does not even recognize the
RAID any longer since it wants to start over when I put the drives in again.
The 10 TB is a completely separate drive being used a a MyArchive drive.

OK, it's hard to know what's going on without details. I think you should send a support request to asustor directly. https://support.asustor.com/
