How Hot is too Hot

The NAS is located where I hear the chattering of disks doing their thing. In an effort to contain the noise I have constructed an enclosure that I think should provide adequate venting of heat but it raises the question of how hot is too hot.

I just turned it on and got a reading of System 35 deg; CPU 50 deg. At what point do I need to be concerned?
