Sorry, learning.. didn't see anything in the forum searching "download"
I am unsure where to look as I don't know if this issue is with Windows or ADM configuration when downloading a windows install program .exe, .zip, .png, etc.. to a directory on my NAS. The download only goes to the recycle bin on the NAS, no warnings or errors.
Any pointers as to where to look? ty

There must be something perhaps an AV program that's moving your downloads. Or check your browser settings if there's anything blocking?
