Numerous issues with One Drive Business sync

Now that we are forced to adopt datasync for one drive business, I have to report numerous issues. Be warned.
I have numerous files that refuse to sync. Some are simple (not overly large) TXT or PNG files. One drive business syncs the files but throws a hash error then creates duplicate files. When I initially enabled two way syncing, my 13 GB of files filed the entire 30 GB of One drive space that I had and I had to spend hours removing all the duplicate files, sometimes more than a dozen per file.
As others have reported with the personal one-drive datasync, these datasyncs constantly run the NAS and prevent the NAS from sleeping even though there is no changes to the one-drive files. I was pausing the sync and only running it long enough to sync changes each day. This is no longer possible as it will once again create the duplicate files when resumed resulting in severe bloat to the NAS filesystem.
Datasync for Onedrive personal did not exhibit this issue with syncing files.
I will be opening a support ticket but wanted to post this warning about this behavior since it cost me hours of time removing the duplicates. If you switch, test first with a one way sync to be sure you won't end up with this iterative loop that fills the available storage. If you switch you can not re-log in to the personal version. That option was no longer available when I tried to go back.
Edit: Support states this is a known issue but not resolved.
