Queue - Clear all - stuck in applying mode

I have installed mail-server on NAS AS1004T
Mail-server Version 1.0.2.r133
When going to the Queue tab, clicking the 'Clear All' (or clear a single entry) - it's stuck in the 'Applying' stage.
After I wait for a long time, and reset the app, the queue is still the same size as before.
Any ideas how to fix this?

i now about that bug and Asustor does too, odd it's not fixed.. Please create a support ticket..
Im quiet sure the issue is the log file of the mail server that you need to manually rename/remove via ssh
The issue will persist so my suggestion is to let them know...

Log file? it's a fresh/clean install. Just got the NAS 2 days back.

try the support.. they might have an command you can use in ssh mode and fix it..
Maby they have forgotten about the issue...
