Hello,
New owner of AS6104T, I try to configure it. I use 2 disk as storage volume1 in RAID1, and a third disk as internal backup with MyArchive feature.
For synchronisation between multiple computers, I used EZ SYnc.
But now, when I try to backup my datas to the third disk with MyArchive, I just can't find my folders synced with EZ Sync. Where are they located? How do I access my data on the NAS and ho do I make my backup?
Thank you
Max
Ez Sync: where are the files on the NAS ?

I have the same question. Where is the EZ Sync folder on the NAS? How do I access it through the ADM file manager?
I'm having some issues with syncing the same folder(s) across multiple computers. The folders are created but they're empty on some devices.

Hi
I quickly moved on to something else after briefly testing this application: not useful, too restrictive. Under Windows, I currently use RAI drive to view my disks in Webdav, and FreeFileSync Portable to synchronize.

Because of the way the EZ-Sync works (storing file history, multiple versions), the files are not accessible using ADM file manager nor any other sharing protocol (SMB/AFP/NFS).
You can only view and manage the files using EZ Sync Manager app in web interface, or using apps for Windows or mobile.
I don't consider this solution to be too useful myself.

Thank heavens for finding this thread; I thought I was just being dense as I had tried to set up the EZ Sync but couldn't find all the data it was reporting as sync'd. This might well be a useful tool but the interface/instructions/ease of use are just terrible. Asustor really need a "user friendly" department staffed by people who aren't giant brained geeks (in the nicest possible way) so that the multitude of pleb users can understand their stuff.

Using ssh access you'll find them in a hidden folder /volume1/.@ezsync/
They're not really meant to be accessed though and you'll see that when you look at the folder structure, (per Vitosx it's because of the version control)
(where volume1 is the volume you're using)
