unable to acquire NAS volume information

Hi,

I am trying to setup EZ Sync in the app. After adding IP, login info, it says I am connected, but below the login screen it says "Unable to acquire NAS volume information. Open EZ Sync Manager to set up.".

The problem is that it says I have to open the app I am wanting to open. Without login, i cannot setup anything.

Did you check EZ Sync Manager under ADM web?
