EZ Connect can't access NAS

Hi, I'm trying to setup EZ Connect and it succeeds (although EZ Router gets some yellow flag with message: Multiple routers detected. The router's external IP is different than the NAS's external IP. Please check your network environment first.)

Then I get on which URL I should reach my NAS but it can't connect and gives me various tips on how to resolve it, but everything seems ok on my side according to these tips. Does anyone have any idea on how could I resolve this?
