EZ Connect share links endless scrolling-will not open

I use my NAS for photography, saving files then sending a download link to clients to download their pictures. It was working fine for the first few weeks and then started getting about half of the links saying unable to connect. Then it got progressively worse to where none opened. Spent 4 hours on the phone with my internet provider and nothing on their end looked to be the issue. Had a ticket opened with Ausustor that they didn't seem to understand my issue overall and eventually closed it. Somehow, someway it just started working on a regular basis a day or so later. I got an update on my PC 2 days ago and now all I get for the links is endless scrolling w\o the link ever opening. Is there a setting I dont know of thats causing my issue? Any suggestions?

Don't really understand your issue. I just tested the shared links and have no issues opening or downloading them. Perhaps you should provide some screenshots or screen recordings.
