Hi All,
My AS6302T is not even a month old.
Was working fine, last night I woke it from sleep mode..
Powered up solid blue light, flashing green, then it sort of re boots (can you the fan restart) every 30 seconds.
Took power cable out pulled hard drives out, restarted, same problem!?
Its not just stuck in a loop, blue solid led, flashing green.
Obviously cannot connect via a PC, can't even ping the op address
Any ideas please?
Cheers

mm... Check if DDR is connected correctly. Or you should send a support ticket to asustor to check it.

Thank you for replying..
1- ill check the Ram (it has the default 2gb factory ram installed) , am I correct in saying pop the case open and its under a flap on the side?
2 - I've opened a support ticket, I'm based in the UK, am I correct in saying there is no dedicated UK support its from the states?
Cheers again

It actually just shutdown and came back up with a solid blue light.
If I hold the power button in for 5 seconds it tries to boot and has the green LED flashing.

Not sure how may support centers. But I believe there is no dedicated UK support. Discuss with the support guy to see if they can swap your NAS from the dealer that you bought. That might be faster.Valleyboy44 wrote: 2 - I've opened a support ticket, I'm based in the UK, am I correct in saying there is no dedicated UK support its from the states?

Thanks for your help. I've decided to send the unit back and get a full refund.
