Lost Access through ACC

I attempted to upload several gig of music from my desk top to my 6404 via my network. It seemed to get loaded on the NAS but now I can't access the NAS with ACC, only by going through the IP address. I seem to remember reading about someone having this sort of problem, but can't find the solution anymore. I've deleted the ACC files and reloaded them with no change. Should I just give up on the ACC entrance or is there a solution that I just haven't been able to find?

Most-likely, it's caused by your PC's setting. Try to turn off your firewall and anti-virus software on your PC first.

I finally got tired of fighting with this issue and opened Windows 10 Firewall Settings and discovered it has a Firewalls for within a home network as well as to the internet, although it's not really clear that's what it's talking about. I turned the home network one off and it cured the problem.
