6404T Stuck Booting Storage

Doesn't seem to want to complete booting up. Are there some standard troubleshooting steps? Thanks!

Do you mean that NAS green LED is blinking all the time? I think you should check it's caused by hardware or software first.
You can remove all of disks, then turn NAS on. If green LED keeps steady after a few minutes, NAS hardware should be fine.
