mm... I think you'd better to send tickets again to remind them.
By the way, I just searched the articles that you posted. It seems that MTU parameter are a limitation on your model (although my AS-304T is fine). Is it not true?

Thank you for speaking. Perhaps this is the case with MTU. Honestly, I don't want to write to Asustor's technical department anymore. I will wait for the next update.
