Hi,
The file access log is completely blank and doesn't populate, the save and clear buttons are greyed out.
I've checked preferences/management and the boxes I require are ticked (http/samba/file explorer)
The system log and connection log work fine.

Mine is just working fine. Did you select "System Information -> Log -> File access log"?

Re: AMD:3.2.7RRE3 - File access log not working.
I have just tried re-installing ADM3.2.7RRE3 and it won't let me because it's the same version.
Is there a cmd line I can issue to the NAS to enable the file access log ? do I need to check permissions ?

Re: AMD:3.2.7RRE3 - File access log not working.
For future reference:
Solution:
In the file access log click the radio button marked "preferences" then click "management"
Untick all boxes then press OK
Close the log window completely,
Reopen logs then goto file access again and "preferences" then "management"
Tick box or boxes you require then press OK
Close the log window completely.
Then proceed to test function.
Hopefully when you next open the file access log it will be populated.
