Basic drag and drop commands

Hello, I'm having trouble migrating my iTunes music library to my AS6404 NAS. How do I select multiple files/folders (from an external HD) to copy over to folders I built in the NAS using the File Explorer utility? In Mac, you just select the first file, go down to the final one and shift click to select them all. That does not work here. And what do the choices mean when trying move one file? (move overwrite, move skip, copy overwrite and copy skip)

The function is working fine here (Windows OS + Chrome).
