VPN client... where ?

Hello world!
I'm searching endless how to configure my AS4002T as client of a VPN (openVPN) but found nothing. I found an application for VPN Server but nothing to be client. When I look in the college section of asus I found that's in the menu between Network and Regional option. But, on my Nas, there is nothing between the two lines...
Could someone explain me where I'm wrong and how to do this, I mean set up an OpenVPN client.
