hi all
I have installed, few days ago, an AS4002T. All has worked fine, I have configured all and connected also the SMB share on my Windows 10 workstation.
Today I'm no more able to connect on the NAS, neither with web interface nor with ASUSTOR Control Center nor with SMB share.
The only that continue to work, on the WS, is the ASUSTORE Backup plan application.
I can access it, instead, from others PC, from the same workstation started with linux (same IP) and from the smartphone app.
On the WS I have disabled the firewall, the antivirus, but nothing is changed.
If I disable/enable the lan the connection work again only for few minutes.
On Nas I have added the WS IP on the Trusted List and and disabled the Auto Black List function, the firewall is on Allow all.

This behaviour going me crazy, and I haven't no more ideas about the root cause of this problem.
Every help is really appreciated.

What's "WS"? Is it a PC? Can you ping NAS from WS?

Hi,
WS stay for WorkStation, a high level PC with win 10 pro used for photo editing. Yes I can ping it, but after further troubleshooting seems that the problem is on the DNS server. Fixed the issue seems that all working fine again.
