So I've had this in the past, but now it's occurring with another Asustor where I am trying to implement Dropbox with an Asus 202-TE.

I'm getting
"You're using an old version of Dropbox. Please update to the latest version to continue using Dropbox.

Downloading file list... "

And it never starts syncing.

Running Version 1.0.1.r100 but that is the latest version available.

Where do I go for support on this?

Did you try some Dropbox forum or support?

But probably official support will say that Asustor client is developed by Asustor and they should provide support for it. And Asustor support is VERY bad.

I just gave up. I keep running Dropbox on each PC and don't store it on NAS, I don't need on it anyway.

the latest version of dropbox in app central is 110, not100. what you have is old version of course.

you should upgrade it and try again. I am running it without any problem.
