Hi there,
Which step give you this "stuck at loading screen"?
Before you sign in your account of after? Please provide me a snapshot.
You may also reference our college below and see if it helps:

I have similar problem before (sits at loading) (install and re-install doesn't solve the problem)
Finally I have found that the DNS setting or Default Gateway setting I entered the NAS maybe unhappy with it (the input should be correct), I changed it form manual to DHCP, and this time ok! (I change it back to manual)
You may check the DNS server settings, Dr Asustor maybe gives you some ideas

Hi snoopy,
Our dropbox app does support multiple dropbox accounts, but you will need to sign in with different NAS accounts since we assume everyone only has one dropbox account..
For example, if you have two NAS accounts: admin and snoopy, then you can sign in two different dropbox accounts with these two NAS accounts respectively, the actual path for the dropbox folders will be:
/home/admin/dropbox (1)
/home/snoopy/dropbox (2)
Hope this is clear enough.

I want to log into 2 different NAS accounts and have the same dropbox account!!! But this seems not possible as dropbox reports that the account already exists.
e.g.
/home/admin/dropbox(1)
/home/happy/dropbox(1)
or link the one dropbox account to a folder which can be shared between the different NAS accounts!!!
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
Cheers

you need an account per dropbox account . E.g. admin and happy snake
