Hi,

Hum! I have solve my problem with Asustor Plex Server ... in fact a problem of PATH (I will write a post to explain the error I will do)

So now ALL movies and music (so sound damien) works as well ...

Please be sure to reconfigure your settings (or verify each) ... perhaps the update add new default ...

I tried to force the TV mode but it does not work. I always go back to the desktop mode. If I modify via the command I return on a black screen.

Even I can't reproduce this (I never have this problem on my AS5002T ??) ... I will discuss on Plex.tv forum to try to understand ...
Perhaps a change (Plex team try to solve this point but perhaps this don't works and generate new problem ...

If you want I can generate the 1.2.2 (previous version) to work with new Asportal / Xorg ... so you can test and use it if it's linked to new version ... just ask me if you want ...

Last news ... seems it's now a know bug ...

1 try to use F11 to switch to TV mode and / or test "shift F11" for fullscreen (not always TV mode)

If F11 or ShiftF11 or Alt+Enter ... don't solve it and you have update from a previous version to 1.2.3 ... seem the only solution is to clean your settings and restart

stop plexmediaplayer (eventually get your settings in case you don't remember all)
delete plexmediaplayer.conf and storage.json (or move it in safe place to verify after your settings and storage def.)

restart plexmediaplayer ... it will rebuild this files from scratch ...

files are in /usr/local/AppCentral/pmp/home/plexmediaplayer folder.

... Asportal Beta 2.0.3.R1227 / Xorg Beta 10.14.7.R29
... ATTENTION sound MUST be reconfigured (HDMI and select the device DON'T KEEP DEFAULT DEVICE)
... sound, movies, acceleration video seem to work as well

Did you test with scale mode ?
Also a specific new parameters exit in plexmediaplayer.conf
... change forceAlwaysFS to "true"

I can't "imagine" your problem (and can't repoduce it)
so please provide Xorg and PMP logs ... and an exact description step by step of what happen ...
You can also try to disable it ... wait few second ... then enable it ...
did you have the Plex logo ? or only the wheel and nothing ...

NB I have only ONE AS5002T so can't test with other model, especially if Asustor change things in ...

Same issue for me.
I always have to pass by the desktop mode to have the mode tv.The combination of touch gives nothing at with me.
