[SOLVED] Probem for correct syncing

Hello,

My synchronization is from NAS to Hubic only.
The sync is finished (same data volume on each side).
Yet, my hard drives are constantly working.
The Hubic process typically takes 2% CPU and usually take 100 MB of RAM but sometimes more.
Hubic indicates permanently "indexing remote files" or "searching for modification".
This makes the NAS work unnecessarily and prevents (I think) standby.

Would anyone have the same problem as me?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Here is an extract from the hibernation report S3:

The following processes are continuously accessed from the hibernation. You can manually close these processes.
Hubic.cgi
Dropboxd
Transmission-da
Smbd
Logmand
Apache2

Concerning the 1st (Hubic), the synchro is however paused ...

How to force these processes to close to allow a S3 standby?

Thanks in advance.

It seems that there many tasks still running, rather than hubic only. Some of them seems mandatory. It's not a good idea to kill them forcefully. If you intend to put NAS into S3 manually, you should go to ADM web page, then select "Sleep" menu.

I am changing my way of managing my NAS :

I am activating Apps only when needed and schedule a near permanent S3 sleep state.

I am a bit disappointed that the automate S3 mode (minimum 30 minutes with no disk access) seems to be impossible to reach with a "normal" NAS usage...
