Can't login to NAS after installing NextCloud 15

Can't login to NAS after installing NextCloud 15

Please help!

I installed NextCloud 15 and docker-ce from Asus app central and restarted the NAS.
Now, I can't login to the NAS at all. In fact, the display on the NAS says System restarting please wait and the light is flashing.
None of the file shares are coming up either. Looks like the NAS is stuck on a boot process.

Blue light is solid, Green light is flashing

Is there any way to get the NAS functional again?

NAS is AT-6204T running the latest ADM release.
