problem connecting to container afeter reboot

Docker containers wrap a piece of software in a complete filesystem that contains everything needed to run: code, runtime, system tools, system libraries – anything that can be installed on a server. This guarantees that the software will always run the same, regardless of its environment.

hello,
i've docker-ce installed and portainer for easy way to contro it, i have 3 container on the system, one is portainer, one is jackett and another is home-assistant
almost always after a reboot of the whole nas i can not access the containers, i have to restart docker and manually start the container, why is that?

also the jackett container will not start automatically at boot how can i set it to start automatically at boot?

also, i'm not that expert in docker and portainer, but there is a way to make it update the image everyday and update the container to use latest image ?
