Hi,

I have a problem with Openpht.
The screensaver of Asustor portal bustles when I look at a video.
I made out a will with another app and I have no concerns.
Thank you four your help.

I have the same problem (after adding asportal screensaver on my AS5002T) ... no idea why ...

OpenPHT have the focus as active windows ... but at screensaver start ... astask (asportal task) get the hand and get focus (xdotool info)

I don't know how asportal manage screen saver ... so ... no idea how to solve this except by disabling asportal screensaver ...

So the problem can be solve by Asustor support (or if they explain why they don't look for active / focused windows before starting ...

Hi,

Just to complete ...

don't use Internet Explorer or be sure that transfer is done in Binary (best use right click and "save to"), IE is know to don't determine correctly the type (Ascii or binary) of file)

Hi Philippe,

1 be sure to have uploaded the file AFTER the 26 March 2017, before I have kept Asustor test on models ... but never be informed of new denomination ... so after 03/26 I have rebuild the apkg to don't verify the model ...

2 be sure to have a good file transfer IE for ex. is known to don't identify file correctly ... so can transfer binary in text ... so adding <LF> after each <CR>
size : 116418922
md5 : 330fa70a79c8bfdbb29cefd6731faea7

Philippe.
I downloaded the file from the first post in the thread. Is there another place to get the updated .apk?

I downloaded the file using Chrome and uploaded it to my AS7004T using the ADM manual install. Is there another way to update openpht that I should try?

Unfortunately ... no ... I have only ONE place (web server) for my packages
did you verify (AFTER transfer) the size and the md5 ?

You can also ask Asustor to know how identifying your problem (and source) ... because invalid format is totally irrelevant (a trash message)
generally invalid file format is when the name is not conform (ex. in name x86_64 when it's x86-64) ...
to verify if the file is correct ... just unzip them (an apkg is a zip file) ... if unzip or 7zip refuse or generate an error ... the file is incorrect ...
