Hi,

I am please to show you a video of the new BETA 2 of Desktop_Engine
... the delivery must be done during the week (I have to manage upgrade ... even few people have use the BETA 1)

Whats new :
... integration IN Asportal (you can switch directly from Asportal to Desktop and return back)
... ADD of a second Virtual Screen ... to run all the time, any graphic application in the background, any VNCviewer can be use to follow the work in Virtual Screen
... Rewrite lot of hx_manage tool to extend the possibility
... ... start / stop Virtual Screen
... ... select if you start it at boot (default) or not (so manually later)
... ... detailed status
etc.

I wanted to ask you Philippe if you have your presentation scripted, or are you doing it on the fly? (It sounds like you are doing it on the fly.) I think if you script it things might flow a bit smoother.

Hi,

YES ... all is "on the fly" ... it's not to create a marketing or communication video or a course ... just to show a first approach
... so yes (and I understand the poor quality and poor result) I generate all my video in ONE pass ... and on the fly ... with my real system

... so no optimisation ... no replay to solve small delay and problems
... no text and message preparation ... no script ... just an idea about what I want to show ...
... and if you add my terrible French accent ...

My only target is to show a view of the new things ... because writing is less (even better in quality) that viewing how all run and are integrated ...

I can only apologize to provide so such bad stuff ... hope my integration will be better ... and yes i am bad ...
