Restore to Docker version

I have just done a fresh install of Sonarr, It has installed the docker version but I cannot find the files that I need to restore. I have a backup from a non docker version but the files do not seem to be in the same folders.

I did not install this app. However you should be able to get more detailed information through Portainer.
Portainer -> Containers -> select sonarr container -> Inspect -> Mounts.
