phpAdmin path

1. Installed phpadmin
2. Created database XYZ

when I open phpAdmin the path looks like this
http://192.168.1.104/phpmyadmin/index.p ... 0e16f51db8

WHY ?
How can I access remotely XYZ database now ?
How can I setup fulle web server (like XAMPP, WAMP etc.) ?

I'm not sure what you need regarding to database. Of course, you can create database (assign privileges for each user, create tables...) under phpMyAdmin. That should be remote UI, but local access to database. I guess you are trying to find which port number used by database server. You should be able to find it under ADM -> Services -> MariaDB Server. Some applications might need this information to be able to access database remotely.
