can't open phpMyAdmin

Hello,

i want to install ownclound on my NAS and i followed this HowTo instructions http://support.asustor.com/index.php?/K ... l-owncloud
But i failed already if i try to open phpMyAdmin. The installation was successful and also the the MySQL Server Service is activated, but when i open phpMyAdmin then a new tab will open and i get the error, cannot connect to server / website.

When i click on phpMyAdmin the following address is shown in my browser: http://myIP/phpmyadmin
I also tried it already with the following adresses, but nothing helped:
http://myIP/phpmyadmin:3306
http://myIP:3306/phpmyadmin
http://myIP:3306
and the same with https

i hope somebody can help.

I think you can try to disable web server, then re-enable it again. (ADM web -> Services -> Web Server).

just for information, i opend also yesterday a ticket at support.asustor.com and i got today exactly the same hint from them
