DVB-T drivers do not load on boot

The ASUSTOR media pack for additional media service support contains the following:

In ASUSTOR Portal:
- Includes CEC device drivers for USB HDMI CEC adapters (e.g. pulse eight) for controlling Kodi with TV remote controls.
- Includes VirtualBox drivers for sharing hardware resources between VirtualBox and NAS. You can refer to the college tutorial document (http://download.asustor.com/college/en/ ... ualBox.pdf) if you want to configure and run virtual machines with VirtualBox.

In LooksGood:
- Supports TV tuners for Looksgood. Please refer to our TV tuner compatibility list (http://www.asustor.com/service/tv_stick ... type_id=27).

DVB-T drivers do not load on boot

Post by bisak »

Hi,
I'm trying to initialize DVB-T USB dongle Evolveo Mars. The drivers are contained in media-pack App. I know the drivers that need to be loaded and if I insmod them manually, I can access tuner from tvheadend. Unfortunately on NAS (AS3102T) boot the drivers do not load automatically. Could somebody help me to make the USB dongle intialize on NAS boot, please?

Drivers that I load manually:

insmod /volume1/.@plugins/AppCentral/media-pack/drivers/af9033.ko
insmod /volume1/.@plugins/AppCentral/media-pack/drivers/it913x.ko
insmod /volume1/.@plugins/AppCentral/media-pack/drivers/dvb-usb-af9035.ko

I think you may try to add a startup script: http://forum.asustor.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=1681
