Issues starting a backup

Hey im trying to make a backup for my folder but it often doesnt make the backup and just skips the files saying its done?

i have some errors where it says to long folder file name is there a fix for that also?

It seems that foldesr with many files in (1000+) makes the program crash and it wont sync anything.
is there a fix for this?

im setting it up for a friends dad that needed a local Backup solution for his Solidworks drawings but these errors keeps making it impossible to work.

Mine is working fine. However I'm not sure how many files I do the backup. You'd better to send a support request to asustor. Their responses are fast. http://support.asustor.com/

I have the same issues. Created a PLAN and BP (wehn started) says "Scanning,...". Nothing happens after several hrous.
