Backup Plan Fails to open

Asustor Backup Plan (Win 2.0.1.4130.exe) will not open on my windows 10 laptop. I receive the following error "An unhandled exception occurred: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation." Anyone else having this issue? any advice is greatly appreciated.

Mine is working fine. I think you should send a support request to asustor to check it.

I have similar problem but no message. I click and icon and the program window flashes for 1 sec than it shoots down. I tried to do this directly through the EXE and file explorer and no success. This happened to me twice. First time I thought one of my antivirus software prevented from running it. I reinstall it and it worked fine for few days then it stopped. It seems that all files are in place but it will not start.
