Backup Plan error - unhandled exception...

Hi, I have the AS5202T. And since I updated ADM in November, 2019 I have not been able to use the Backup Plan (ABP) software as it returns this error on launch: An Unhandled exception occurred: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. I do not know what that means.

I have eMailed back and forth with tech support for the past two months. They keep promising that they were updating this software, but they haven't. Today they informed me the software update would be released by Chinese new year and that it will be a new cloud based software.

That is not what I want nor what I need. I purchased the AS5202T to be in my home to back up my PC using the software on my computer. Not to back up to a cloud.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am now running ADM 3.4.6.RCO3 and ABP still won't work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled ABP a few times too.
