Cannot Delete Internal Backup - Error Ref 5304

I have an old internal backup scheduled on my NAS and I no longer need it. However, when I try to remove/delete it, I get the following error:

"Unknown error. Please contact our technical support for further assistance. (Ref. 5034)"

I've tried editing it and changing the parameters or folders to see if something was wonky with the settings but nothing seems to work. Any ideas/suggestions?
