BACKUP PLAN - ISSUES and ERRORS

I have recently lots of problems running Backup Plan. Everyonce a while I get error message pop-up saying "not enough memory". This happens even when I run backup over night (not using any other apps). Computer has 32 Gb/RAM it this should not be a case. Running Win10/Pro-64

Due to some drive issues I have to reinstall OS and start from scratch. This same error keeps showing up (but not all the time). So far I was not able to discover a pattern.

On top of that certain backups don't run. When I run backup the status line says : SCANNING and nothing happens. Started backup yesterday night and until morning no backup complete. I did not have all those problems year ago. It seems that new version of the program has some issues introduced. I discovered that backups to NAS do not run but I tried to run a backup to external (USB) HD and it runs without problems.

My NAS is AS 3104T

Any ideas or suggestions ?

mm... No ideas about those issues. Did you report them to asustor? I guess they should need to gather information on your environment.
