how to use restore to new harddrive

Hello: I did well backing up my system disk. But, when I changed the harddrive configuration
I am unable use restore to make the new configuration the same as the old. I don't see any
option to "restore" what I had to what I have now. Is there a way?
after my harddrive died, I was feeling OK since I had just backed up the whole system.
So, I have the backup files on the NAS and the new install of windows (only) on the computer.
Seems like they cannot be connected except by copy/paste...Can I use backup/restore?

Do you mean "ADM web page -> Backup & Restore -> System Settings"?
