add remotely located NAS to control center

Is it possible to add a remotely located NAS to the control center? I do not see any option to manually add a NAS in any way.. is conttol center to be used only on a local network?

Yes, it's used only on LAN. The tool will try to find all of NAS on LAN.

thanks for the info.. I was hoping to be able to manage my NAS through control center when it is in a remote location.. i assume my only other option if I want to use WOL feature is to use AiMaster..
