As you can see in selecting forum ... your message (in minimserver sub-forum ) is in "3rd-party Apps"
so this imply ... that it's NOT an Asustor delivery, but a delivery done by other (dev. integrator or source dev. (ex. Plex server is built and delivery by Plex team ...))
read first post and ask to the generator of this APKG for a new version or update.
Or ask for independent integrator if you don't get a response (or a negative one)
