The easiest way would be to use the VPN server on your NAS, then use this to connect your client to your NAS. Then you should be able to connect to minecraft server the same as your would within your local network.
Otherwise you would need to forward port 25565 from your router direct to your NAS, then you should be able to connect to your minecraft server over your myasustor address.
