NAS not visible on Network Map

NAS not visible on Network Map
My NAS is accessible through the browser, but the Network Map does not show it and I cannot seem to map drives from the folders.

You should provide more detailed information. What's your PC OS? What's the tool you mapping? What's the error message? Something like that.

start ==> run ==> \\IP_of_your_NAS

I am facing the same problem. I know I can access it directly using the ip address but is it possible to configure it to appear on the network for Windows 10 PCs?
