Good Morning
I have an AS1004Tv2 NAS, I am configuring 04 disks of 10TB in RAID5, I should deliver 27TB (03 disks) and one disk for security, but delivery 16TB.
In Raid0 it delivers only 16TB adding up all the disks.
Has anyone seen this happen?
See the screen.

Re: RAID5 + 04 Disks 10TB
mm... It is definitely abnormal if you created a new volume, rather than expanding the volume. No clues about what happened. I think you should send a support request to asustor directly. https://support.asustor.com/

I also found it abnormal, I will speak directly with the support, I will return here if I have the solution.

Re: RAID5 + 04 Disks 10TB
This is a typical limitation of some of the NAS systems. They only allow a maximum of a 16TB volume. The Specs for the model is as shown below. You can have more than 16TB on the unit but only a max of 16TB per individual volume. You should be able to create a second volume with the rest of the storage space.
Storage
HDD 4 x SATA3 6Gb/s; 3.5" HDD
Maximum Internal Raw Capacity 64 TB (16 TB HDD X 4, Capacity may vary by RAID types)
Maximum Drive Bays with Expansion Unit 12
Maximum Raw Capacity with Expansion Units 192 TB (16 TB HDD X 12, Capacity may vary by RAID types)
Maximum Single Volume Size 16TB

Good Morning
It is typical of a prank to sell, I will warn the internal team not to buy this product anymore.
Thank you all

Re: RAID5 + 04 Disks 10TB
It occurs to me that the limitation (one volume size limits to 16TB) is specified on this product spec. Other 64-bit CPU models should release this limitation.
