Sleep Mode deactivated

Hi all

I use to be able to WOL my NAS but since last week when accessing the Wake option via Asustor Control Centre, nothing happens.
Also the Sleep Mode is deactivated or grayed out. I don't even have this function on the portal webpage as an option.

I have upgraded Control Centre and i keep my NAS software updated also.

Any ideas?

Check whether you enabled Energy Saving feature, EuP or not. You should disable EuP for WOL.

Hi, thx for replying.

Yes it is not enabled. As i say i use to be able to Wake on Lan, and I think, i could put to sleep. I added a photo to my orginal post so you can see the settings.

As far as I know, your NAS model does not support sleep mode. However you can wake NAS up after you shutdown NAS.
Anyway, no other clues about your problem. I think you should send a support ticket to asustor.

Thx. I will do so. As i say, I could wake my NAS but since last week I can't. Which is strange.
