External backup: delete files not in source?

When backing up the contents of my NAS to an external HDD is there an option to mirror the contents of the NAS?
Specifically, can files not in the source be deleted form the destination using the Backup&Restore app (using External Backup)? Or would I have to use rsync on the command line with the --delete option?
