USB Disk Not Recognized

This feature worked in 2.7x but with 3.0 the NAS does not show a SATA drive plugged in through USB.

Anyone else experience this?

Didn't have to do anything special in 2.7 to recognize.

This is a unit that you dock a SATA drive into with a power & USB connection.

Do you mean you cannot see a USB shared folder under ADM File explorer when you plug in a USB disk? My AS-304T is working fine. I think you should send a support ticket to asustor to check it. https://support.asustor.com/
