No HDMI output after updating to ADM 2.6

I upgraded to the latest 2.6.0.R4R1 ADM and suddenly I see no HDMI output. My asustor AS3104 is connected to my plasma TV using my Marantz Amp.
All was good with the earlier firmware. I can see the NAS booting on my TV when I restart but after that it just shows a blank black screen.

Any help?
