[Backup plan] backup of appdata directory

I would like to save my personal "appdata" directory, but it does not appear in the tree structure proposed by backup plan.
And even when I show hidden files in windows.

Where is your "appdata"? If you can see other directories, what are the differences between "appdata" and normal ones?
