Lost settings after firmware update

I just upgraded to the latest firmware, never had any issues before. The NAS appears to be in factory default mode un-initialized have I lost everything? Had 4 3TB drives in raid can't see any of it now. I have some old settings backups but don't know how to load them in.

Did you try to restart your NAS? If the problem is still happened, you'd better to contact to asustor support. Your data should be all right if you did not do initialization.
