I suppose your model is supported at least. What's your problem?

The option don't show up, I have an available disk, the NAS can see it, but only propose to create a normal volume.

You'd better to provide more detailed information. How many disks in your NAS? And which slots? Which slots do you setup for volumes? Which slots are ready for MyArchive? And the screen-shot of the problem.

I have two WD red 4TB in RAID 1 inside slot 1/2, and a 2TB (Seagate) on the slot 4 for MyArchive.

Here the screenshot:

According to your information, it must be something wrong in software. I'm not sure what's the problem. Maybe, some data in your slot-4 disk prevent this function. You can try to create a single disk volume first. This way should erase data in your slot-4 disk. After done, remove the newly created volume. Then try to create MyArchive volume again.

If it does not still work, I think you should send a support request to asustor to check it. https://support.asustor.com/

Actually, I think I find the awnser in the "help app" inside ADM, "MyArchive: This function may be different depending on the NAS model."

So MyArchive is indeed not available on every Asustor, too bad...

This model as no "quick slots", maybe that's why...

Oops, you must be correct. Your NAS is not hot-swappable. It makes no senses for MyArchive function which is designed to change disk volume efficiently.
