ADM update probs..

Hi all..

Im new to this forum as well as new to the use of Asustor NAS. Now iv tried to update ADM on my newly purchased AS6404t and no matter how i try it dosnt seem to function.. When press update from the interface it starts and dl the update and a box opens where i should press ok or cancel the update but when press the ok button nothing happens the window still is on the screen? if pressing cancel it cancels. How is that??

From your description it seems likely that this may be related to the Web Browser you are using to access the NAS. Try using Chrome if using Firefox, or use Firefox if using Chrome. Point being, try a different web browser.
